Erie County Comptroller Stefan Mychajliw announced today his intentions to seek the position of Hamburg Town Supervisor. “We worship here, we are raising our family here, and I cannot wait to hold a line on taxes, reduce government spending, fund police, and create a culture where businesses can thrive,” Mychajliw announced in a Facebook broadcast Monday afternoon.
Identifying his credentials for the position, Mychajliw said, “I’ve won three countywide races for comptroller. In the end, I will have served nine years as your taxpayer watchdog. I’m incredibly proud of our record of success on behalf of taxpayers. We modernized our banking business.”
Also, Mychajiliw, who often shares his outlook on issues within government, said he will continue holding politicians of both political parties accountable.
