Bills Get State Approval for 6,700 Fans at First Playoff Game

Appearing in a press briefing with Governor Andrew Cuomo Wednesday, Terry and Kim Pegula are ready to welcome fans back into the stadium.  “We know that fans have been waiting 25 years to be able to attend a playoff game, and we are so excited to be able to allow the limited amount of fans we can,” Kim said during the update.

According to a release by the Buffalo Bills earlier today, 6,700 fans will be approved for entry.  All fans attending the playoff game must obtain a negative COVID-19 test result prior to the game.

“It’s another first, and good for New York, and good for the Bills,” said Governor Cuomo.  “They have charged the entire State of New York.  They have given us good news in a year when we really needed good news.”
