Over Eight Acres Subdivided for Residential Building Development in City of Lockport

A motion for approval, upon request from Falcon Land Development, to subdivide an 8.5 acre plot of land at 500 Park Lane Circle into 14 separate parcels was passed through by the City of Lockport Planning Board Monday evening.

Rich Gicewicz, President of Falcon Land Development, explained their vision for the property, stating, “We’re seeking to improve this 8.27-acre parcel into 14 large residential building lots.  The largest, being 1.2 acres.  Which is really nicely sized for this area.”

Already zoned R3 Residential, and somewhat offset from other buildings or residences within the proposed sites immediate area, Gicewicz said, “There will be zero adverse effects to the neighborhood.”
