FMC Keeps Eye on Safety, New and Old Employees Undergo Training

MIDDLEPORT – FMC Corporation’s Agricultural Sciences Plant in Middleport recently conducted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid training for the plant’s Emergency Response Team as part of its annual safety training efforts.

“It is very important, as a fulfillment of FMC’s commitment to the safety of our employees and the surrounding community, that we provide ongoing safety training for both longtime and new employees,” said Brent Sensenich, FMC Middleport plant manager.

Training followed a course from the National Safety Council that also included instruction in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
