BUFFALO, N.Y. – BankOnBuffalo has hired Colleen Bowman to help contribute to BankOnBuffalo’s ongoing growth in both Niagara County and Western New York, it was announced today by Martin T. Griffith, BankOnBuffalo president.
Colleen has been named Vice President, Community Office Manager with primary responsibility for the BankOnBuffalo’s Wilson branch facility in Niagara County. Among Colleen’s duties will be servicing new and current customers, and outreach to the local community. She has more than 30 years of experience in branch operations and the banking industry and most recently was with the former Bank of Akron.
BankOnBuffalo, which will open its 11th branch in early 2021, continues to expand in the Buffalo Niagara market while serving the financial needs of the region’s small-to-middle market businesses, commercial real estate and consumer banking customers.
BankOnBuffalo began as a start-up division of CNB Bank with a loan origination office in 2016 and, in February 2017, opened a full-service bank branch on the first floor of the Electric Tower in downtown Buffalo. BankOnBuffalo’s regional headquarters are also located in the Electric Tower as well as its private banking and wealth management service, BankOnBuffalo Investment Advisors.
BankOnBuffalo currently operates 10 branch offices in Buffalo, Orchard Park, Williamsville, Clarence, Clarence Center, Akron, Lancaster, Niagara Falls, and Wilson.
