Lake Effect Ice Cream Owners Erik Bernardi and Jason Wulf announced an adjustment to their operations in Lockport today. Their location at 79 Canal Street will be open year-round now, providing frozen treats throughout all four seasons.
The pair announced the updated on social media, describing their new socially distanced dining room, saying, “We have decided to officially open our COVID friendly dining room at our Lockport shop. We have five tables available, all spread more than six feet apart, just in case you want to enjoy a little bit of ice cream inside.”
On being open during the winter, the owners said: “It’s never too cold for ice cream.”
