Jeanne Whipple, Broker-Owner of the longstanding Whipple Reality, donated some time to the Genesee-Orleans Health Department for a broadcast addressing the real estate market, and some recently adopted safety measures.
Broadcasting her message over the internet, Whipple stated, “Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the real estate market has come to a screeching halt; along with other businesses, we are closed to the general public.”
Although, Whipple wanted everyone informed that “we are still providing services remotely, as allowed by the Governor’s Executive Order.”
Of course, some services can only be completed in person. Whipple addressed this, “Any real estate services that must be conducted in person, like appraisals and home inspections, will adhere to the appropriate social distancing and cleaning protocols to protect our customers and the public.”
Lastly, Whipple conveyed appreciation to those trying to navigate the real estate market during this state of emergency. “We appreciate your patience during these times, and we are doing the best we can to help you with your housing needs.”
