Lockkeeper Coffee House Builds Outreach Program – Collects New Clothing for Local Families in Need

“We’re doing a ‘Christmas in Corona’ program to deliver new, unused needed clothing,” stated Stacey Sonnelitter, Owner at the Lockkeeper Coffee House on East Avenue in Lockport.

Like so many businesses, the Lockkeeper has been operating at a limited capacity.

Things like general clothing items, shoes, and even bathing suits are all welcome for donation.

Sonnelitter explained on participating, “People can stop in, mail or email to us their child(rens) first names, clothing size, shoe size and color/character preference.”  She added, “People in the community can likewise pick up anonymous children’s tags from our Christmas tree and shop online for each child.”

Sonnelitter expanded on the process, “You can have packages shipped to us at 272 East Avenue and forward us their online order to let us know which tags the items are for.”

Lastly, she noted, “All items need to be either dropped off to the Lockkeeper by June 1st for July 1st delivery of these necessary items.”
